(25th March) Cape D'Entrecasteaux
We left Pemberton to head south into the Entrecasteaux National Park. Miles and miles of heathland. The town of Windy Harbour has no sealed roads at all and looks more like a permanent campsite in that all the houses are wooden huts! Went down to the lighthouse at Point Entrecasteaux – great views along the cliffs in both directions. The photos show us at Salmon Beach, a few surfers were here and people fishing here. A very unspoilt area with no facilities at all except toilets.
