July 07- Greenback Turtles With Mike

Mike was thrilled to swim with these very chilled out creatures, we swam with them for about an hour, they wern't phased by us at all!

Here is real proof that Jo actually swam with these ferocious beasties, she was a bit apprehensive to start with, but once amongst them she didn't want to leave!

July 07 - Turtles Piggybacking

I was lucky to get this shot of this turtle trying to hitch a ride on the back of another turtle. We loved the turtles, drop in off many of the south Maui beaches and there they are, literally feet off the beach! There was bit of a southerly swell running when we shot these videos so lots of rockin and rollin!

Amazed to see this turtle walking on his front fins whilst looking for weed to eat. These turtles were so approachable, not concerned about us swimming literally feet away from them, they even swam up to us sometimes to check us out, who's watching who?
